Here's a summary of what you can expect when applying for a position through Gigantic Ventures:
a) Qualified candidates send resumes highlighting relevant experience through our "Contact" page or on LinkedIn
b) Top candidates are contacted and asked for a short cover letter, giving them the opportunity to introduce themselves to the hiring team
c) Jason follows-up with first round candidates for short 10 minute introduction calls
d) Jason contacts the best-fitting candidates based on their provided material and initial calls for video interviews. These are typically 45-60 minute meetings intended to learn more about the candidates and to describe the hiring brand in more detail
e) The hiring company chooses the top candidates for group video calls and we take it from there. Hiring companies will check references and in most situations will make an offer within 1-2 weeks of completing their final interview.
Interview Schedule: Short phone interviews typically begin within two weeks of posting the job description. A group of 3-4 final candidates are interviewed in multiple rounds via videoconferencing, starting with Gigantic and ending with the client's hiring team. The final candidate is typically expected to begin within 30 days of being hired. Note: Only those chosen for interviews are contacted due to the overwhelming number of applications typically received.
